After the January update, I am no longer able to log in. When I try, it says my password is incorrect. It’s not.
When I click on “reset password,” it says something is wrong with my internet connection (there’s not), and it won’t send me a re-set e-mail.
I paid $5 for this app and can’t use it.
When I try to get a message to the company “Lifetouch” it takes me to their page and does not list this app in their form.
